I am a compassionate, client-centered, trauma informed Dance/Movement Psychotherapist. I utilize movement, mindfulness, breath work, and somatic practices to encompass the whole self (mind, body, and spirit) in the therapeutic process.
I work in collaboration with clients to support their process of gaining deeper insight into their internal experiences which can assist in developing and maintaining a healthier, stronger sense of self, as well as more meaningful relationships with others. I hold space for each individual's journey towards emotional well-being and healing.
